1. All students at Gdansk Higher School of Humanities in Gdansk and in Koszalin are under scientific and didactic supervision of all academic teachers.
2. Students are granted access to all documentation concerning their studies, including rules and regulations of studies, diploma regulations, diploma writing regulations, schedules, organization of the academic year examinations, schedule of academic consultations with academic teachers, as well as course descriptions.
3. All information concerning students’ schedules, examination session schedules, schedules of consultations is also displayed on notice boards inside the building next to each Dean’s Office.
4. Students are entitled access to Vocational Practice regulations, detailed practice schedule for each department in Vocational Practice Office.
5. Students are granted access to university’s database of all institutions that offer vocational practice in agreement with the University.
6. Students are entitled to use library and its reading room resources within their office hours.
7. Students are entitled to use any monographies, magazines, scripts, course materials published on the website, including Wirtualna Biblioteka Nauki.
8. Students are entitled to consultations with academic teachers according to previously agreed schedule available on the University’s website and in Dean’s Offices.
9. The University guarantees access to classrooms and laboratories for educational and didactic reasons outside regular classes. These include scientific groups, the choir, research conducted under supervision of an academic teacher, additional consultations with teachers, students’ union activities.
10. Department’s Deans are available for consultations according to previously agreed schedule available on the University’s website and in dean’s offices.
11. The schedule of consultations is open to all University students. The schedule shall provide information on time, place and mode of consultations and will not interfere with part-time students’ professional duties.
12. Students may develop their academic interests in scientific groups, in diploma preparation seminars and through research done under supervision of the academic staff.
13. Students may participate in research and research projects conducted by University’s academic staff.
14. Students may use the facilities of the Career Office which provides supports in selecting careers. The Career Office offers a number of psychological and educational programs including vocational counselling.
15. The University offers educational possibilities to students with disabilities by adjusting its infrastructure to their needs as well as adjusting the academic teachers’ mode of communication to specific needs.
16. Students granted with Individual Education Program are under special scientific supervision of Gdansk Higher School of Humanities.
17. In order to ensure high academic standards, a year’s tutor is selected among academic teachers for each year’s students.
