Application procedure for Erasmus students
Gdansk Higher School of Humanities in Gdansk has 2 departments: Education and European Studies, each offering a number of courses both at undergraduate and post-graduate level. For the full list of courses offered each semester, please check the ECTS Catalogue (Information about courses).
All students interested in studying in Gdansk Higher School of Humanities (GWSH) within the Erasmus Programme are asked to submit an application form. The deadline for the winter semester of the academic year 2013/2014 is 30 June. A student can come to any of the departments only on the basis of Bilateral Agreement.
All applications shall be assessed by the Dean of the Faculty the student is aiming to study at. Each interested student will receive information about results of the application process no later than within 3 working days after the deadline stated above.
The acceptation means that the student is obliged to develop a Learning Agreement – the document that will be the base for welcoming the foreign student in GWSH. The Learning Agreement has to be prepared using the list of lectures available to Erasmus students. The Learning Agreement has to be approved by all sides: the student, their home institution and the host institution. Failure to prepare and conclude the Learning Agreement means that the student cannot undertake studies at GWSH. The Learning Agreement should be prepared as soon as possible, not later that within 30 days after receiving the information regarding the approval of the application.
All applying students are also required to send their transcript of records from the past semesters as well as 3 ID photographs necessary for the students’ documents.
